Minimum Order Quantity

* minimum qty: 200dz / design (with 5 colors) /
* minimum qty: 150dz / design (with 3 colors) /
* minimum qty per model per design: 30 dz

Payment

* Down Payment 30% before we start our production
* Designs will be send to choose only after we received Down Payment
* Full payment are required before shipment

Shipment

* We do our own shipment to destination port (for international clients)
* Goods are send 1 week after remaining balance is already completed and received on our account (exceptional if problems come from shipping line side, which is beyond our control)

Production

* Goods will be finished 45-60 working days after DP received and all designs confirmation received by seller (exceptional if clients join running design from other buyer’s order)
* For new designs brought by buyer will need another additional 10 working days for production time, since we need time to develop designs 
* For new model brought by buyer will need another additional 10 working days for production time, since we need time to develop model
* For new model brought by clients, we will give specs and sample to ensure the product fits client’s expectations
* We will inform you if your goods are already finished
Products 
* 1 design usually have 3-5 colors (subject to client’s preference)
* We provide our brand’s hangtag, label, and packaging, but if clients want to use their own label there is a different minimum order quantity (please contact us for further discussion)
